Adept at organizing, time management and achieving targets systematically and effectively. Make plans and orderly arrangement, and like it all goes on in accordance with the planned procedures.

Have a strongly logical mind and are eager to make decisions. Objective, analytical, and have a strong ability of reasoning. Usually make decisions according to experience and judgments, easy to identify illogical, uncoordinated or ineffective parts in work system and to make positive improvements.

Emphasize experience and feelings, detail-oriented, and concern the reality. Being realistic and attracted by practical value, supervisors are more interested in "particular things" from hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting and touching rather than some abstract conceptions. Since they are concerned mostly for the moment, they’ve been apart from the future and the potential value.
